North Puget Sound Clinically Integrated Network (“NPS”) is a Physician-led alliance between Overlake Medical Center & Clinics and independent practices across the North Puget Sound Region.
Founded in 2025 in collaboration with Physicians of Southwest Washington (PSW), the network will leverage over PSW’s 30 years of value-based care expertise.
NPS aligns payor contracts with care quality and performance to transform the landscape of healthcare through a value-based approach.
